My balance sheet is acting as a dummy. It's stayed at the same stats since I started my game (500,000,000 balance, 123 asset, 111 liability) There's also a text note at the bottom of the box about twiddling with the html.
At the moment the game has no real financial presence. It's a complete sandbox game where costs and the value of things is nothing more than an afterthought.
We need to really look at how to turn it from just a sandbox game into a game with goals. I think it is far too intimidating to a casual player to just present them with a blank map and expect them to build.
Before we can reach that point we need to accomplish a few things, including (but not limited to) a proper save game format and the port to Mono/SDL.
