Hi,

I am the developer of both Tao.Sdl and SdlDotNet (an OO wrapper around Tao.Sdl). I saw an item posted on the Mono list and at GotMono about thi project. I am very interested in this project and would like to work on the code.

Charles has given me access to SVN so I can start coding. I would like to finish porting FreeTrain to SDL/Mono. Once i look over the code more, I'll post up my thoughts and suggested changes.

Did you try and/or apply Atsushi Eno's patch? I'm not sure if Steve did.

I did but ran into grief very early on...
Something about the AssemblyInfo's ... of which Dave has already started cleaning and repairing... That was on a fresh install of Gentoo + MonoDevelop.

Anyway, am looking forward to all work you'll be putting in. Feel free to delegate tasks; and give me a heads up on what you think we should do on the GUI side of things too... currently I have the windows popping up as always-on-top which is a dirty method.
I was thinking of pushing them into SDL, but that would be truckloads of work. Maybe we just need to make sure everything minimises at the same time.
